Hello Jessica Murnane! I am new to the podcast (working my way up the One Part Ladder at episode 34 so far.) I love Lauren and so I jumped ahead to this show just cuz I just ordered her book and wish I could meet her in person. So, to you I just wanted to say that the reason I love this podcast so much is that I feel you speak your truth – not my truth necessarily, but you don’t whore yourself out there to get likes and kisses. And yet you get them anyway. You speak your truth. There will always be trolls. Sub human jerks that can only feel good about themselves by making others feel bad. I feel sorry for them. They are really missing out. But you help me think about life in new ways, use good tools to get what I want and need, and inspire me to take better care of myself and others. I now live a life full of intention, grace, and look for ways to perform acts of kindness every day. Also, I say fuck a bit more, but hey, sometimes no other word will do ya know? I’m 62 years old and living the life I always dreamed of – well getting a little closer every day. So I just wanted to say thank you and rub your back a little – in the way a 62 year old auntie would do. You and your guests are what I’m grateful for today.

Oh gosh.. I am sitting beside myself. I am 47…Lauren Toyota is such a sweet person. I have followered her for 2 yrs..I can so get this anger shit. I am so much the same and it angers me just to be angry!!! Like it legit pisses me off to feel pissed off! I think mine comes from hurt and sadness through out my life. Even though I feel I am truly happy, I know I have alot of anger issues.. I shake and vibrate when angry because I truly feel like hurting some one (but I really do not want to hurt any one, it is so far from who I am).I cry and assertively voice how I feel. My husband is one of the most quite people and he sees the anger in me when I am triggered. Never got pissed at him but I do get pissed often enough at others and myself. I love Lauren Toyota.

I haven’t even listened to the entire episode yet, but had to run to my computer and comment here that I LOVED Jessica’s opening statement of this episode, regarding how much kinder we can be to each other on social media. It’s so real and vulnerable, it brought a tear to my eye. I agree one hundo. Women forever.
