Episode 40: Living Good Content With Beth Kirby Of Local Milk

WE ARE BACK! Season Two is kicking off with one of my favorite episodes of Season Two. Yeah, I said it. No crystal ball over here, I just know it will be – it’s that good. I’m talking to Beth Kirby. She’s a photographer, creative consultant, stylist, and the creator of the beautiful website Local Milk.
Beth and I talk about the past struggles that led her to where she is today, how she said “so long” to the toxic relationships in her life, the new direction for her cooking, and how she’s creating her best content on and offline. You’ll also hear firsthand what it’s like to truly fall in love. Like, you’ll literally get to hear it. You’ll see what I mean. Go listen, already!
P.S. It’s good to be back. Hoping you can make the Trenchermen dinner that I shared in the intro. Call for reservations at 773-661-1540.

August 31, 2015So happy you’re back (and 2x a week!) – I’ve found so much good information, books, and new/awesome people to follow via this podcast. I won’t disclose how much time I spent post-pod on youtube going down a Brene Brown rabbit hole. 🙂
Jessica
August 31, 2015Krystal, thanks so much! I have gone down many Brene Brown rabbit holes in my day too. With the passing of Wayne Dyer this weekend – if you haven’t seen his videos – a great time to explore them too. He was magic. Thanks so much for listening and so happy to be back with you guys too.

September 1, 2015Welcome back!!
Wow, Beth’s work is incredible! Her story about changing who she is was super interesting too. I’m not planning on changing myself, but it definitely gives hope that things can get better when it feels otherwise.
xoxo
