June 6, 2017As a plant based chef with diagnosed Hashimoto’s who has been trying everything alternative under the sun for years, this was a good listen. One note – there are actually two antibodies to be tested for, TPO and TG as well as FREE T3 & T4, TSH (and reverse T3 if necessary). I loved loved the part on being “the cool girl”; hit home big time. I’ve had to become a different kind of cool, I guess. Thank you.

June 7, 2017I just want to say that I absolutely love this podcast and I hope you continue to keep it going. I found you from your interview with Jess Lively and I have been so inspired by you since then! I even went out and bought your cook book i just need to decide which recipe to try first!!! 🙂 I hope you keep spreading awareness of endometriosis as well as the OPP lifestyle! I think alot of young women will look up to you that share this lovely disease and its so nice to see someone so active about it. Keep it up girl!
