The One Part Plant Cookbook kicked off the idea of us all eating more plants together. Which was awesome… but I thought we should take it one step further and officially have a club together!
Here’s how the club works: On the first day of the month, we announce the veggie, fruit, or herb for the month and then YOU commit to making at least one dish incorporating that ingredient. This club is all about trying new things and getting out of our same ol’ recipe ruts.
Don’t be nervous if you’re a newbie cook or scared of the kitchen, because we’ll support you with tons of recipes (and tips + tricks).
