Episode 8: Finding Health, Happiness, & Love with Jamie Stelter of TV Dinner

Jamie Stelter is the morning traffic anchor for NY1, author of Transit Girl, the star of two web series on Ulive, and the creator of the popular food site TV Dinner. Oh, and you may remember that she was a Babe In Plantland, right here on OPP. I couldn’t wait to talk to Jamie about everything she’s been up to.
Jamie discusses how her battle with rheumatoid arthritis inspired her to start TV Dinner, the importance of creating a supportive community (on and offline), and the surprising way she found love.

October 15, 2015I just listened to this podcast and resonated with so much of what was said. I just started my blog after wanting to start one for years! I have been dealing with chronic illness for about 5 years and have really changed my diet to be more supportive and nourishing. I am still unsure of how much I want to share on my blog about my health challenges, I feel like I will need to ease into it, but you and Jamie definitely gave me the encouragement I am needing. I didn’t expect to experience so much self-doubt in the process!
