Episode 11: Seeing The Potential & Accepting What Is with Jess Lively of Life With Intention Online

Jess Lively is today’s guest. She’s one of the biggest reasons I wanted to start a podcast in the first place. Well, that and I like to talk a lot. Jess is one of the most passionate people I know – and watching her do her thing (when I was a guest on her show) gave me the bug to start my own.
On this episode, Jess and I discuss her path from selling weird ankle bracelets at a pool to the thriving business she has today, how setting goals isn’t always the best approach to finding success and happiness, and how the words of an old Italian sculptor changed her life forever.

September 18, 2014Your podcast is just great. I love the people you interview and the conversations that emerge. Discovering other people that think the same way I do by listening to them candidly speak, rather than just write about what they are interested in, is both very liberating and very inspiring.
Thank you for putting all the hard work. I am hooked!

September 19, 2014I can’t wait to listen to this episode! It’s like a completion of a glorious circle – I found One Part Podcast via the Lively Show and now they are the two podcasts I MUST listen to every week 🙂 Thanks to both of you for producing such great content all the time!

October 6, 2014I second what Kristin said – except I was the other way around. I discovered the Lively Show through you, and now I’m hooked on both! I am doing one final round of recipe testing for the Nibl calendar while I catch up – will post a photo when I’m done. Thanks to both Jesses (sp?) for always giving me something awesome to listen to in the kitchen – all the way around the world!

October 7, 2014You are the sweetest, Nicola. Thank you! I would love to cook with you listening to podcasts. Meaning, I would be your taste tester and not really do anything but eat your yummy food.

I just have to say, it’s so awesome what you do. I am a sucker of your podcast and I look always can’t wait for the next one after I finished one. You just nail it every time! Sorry if that’s cheese but you are a true inspiration and after listening to Episode 11, I just felt so motivated and empowered that I had to leave you that comment. The people you are inviting to your podcast are so interesting and it’s always so much fun listening. It’s just great and I truly believe that you’re helping a lot of people with your work in so many different ways – keep it up! And thanks so much for sharing 🙂
