Episode 10: The Sustainability Secret with Kip Andersen of Cowspiracy

Kip Andersen is this week’s guest. He’s the man behind the new environmental documentary, Cowspiracy. Described as “the film environmental organizations don’t want you to see,” it chronicles Kip’s journey to uncover the most destructive industry facing our planet.
Kip and I discuss the catalyst for creating the film, how a Mad Cowboy almost scared him out of finishing the movie, and the most important first step we can take to help the environment and find true sustainability.

October 15, 2014I would HIGHLY recommend everyone out there to see this documentary. Even though I have adopted a plant-based lifestyle two years ago, I didn’t know the impact that animal agriculture has on our planet. It has been such an eye opener that my omnivore husband has shifted his diet into an almost 100% plant-based. Thank you Kip and Keegan!

July 10, 2015I’ve definetly been “searching” for the film on Netflix, hoping it will do something with their algorithm – everyone should see this film. I recently watched a doc on Amazon Prime called “Ingridents” and I think both films are very educational and eye-opening without being grisly. Thank you Jessica!
