Lettuce Entertain You Is Now A One Part Plant Restaurant Partner!

OH MY PLANTS! When I first started the One Part Plant restaurant program, one of my goals was to get a big restaurant group on board. But not really “a” restaurant group, I wanted one of “the” restaurant groups in the country. I’m talking about Lettuce Entertain You. Lettuce (as I lovingly call them) owns, licenses, or manages over 100 spots – from Chicago to Santa Monica to Las Vegas. They’ve been a huge influence in the restaurant scene since the 70s, always creating new, innovative, and popular concepts. I had to have them on board.
And now…they are an official OPP restaurant partner, and they’re bringing eight of their restaurants on board! What exactly does that mean? It means that each restaurant agrees to keep at least one plant-based option on their menu. Whether it’s Shiitake Ramen With Cabbage Noodles at Ramen-san or the Pumpkin & Avocado Carpaccio at Beatrix – they’re on board with your veggie-loving ways.

Shiitake Ramen at Ramen-san

Quinoa & Forbidden Black Rice Bowl at Summer House
Check out the new partners:
Ramen-san
Beatrix
RPM Italian
Summer House Santa Monica
Tallboy Tacos
Nacional 27
Mon Ami Gabi
Hub 51

Clockwise: Ramen-san, Mon Ami Gabi, Tallboy Taco, RPM, Summer House, Beatrix

Pumpkin & Avocado Carpaccio at Beatrix

Vegetable Tagine at Mon Ami Gabi
Now the hard part…I want to celebrate this new partnership by going to a Lettuce restaurant. But WHICH ONE? I think I might go Ramen-san. Or maybe that tagine at Mon Ami Gabi. Or maybe a tequila and tacos at Tallboy. So many options! And that’s the point. I want to create more and more options out there for you (and me), so we can eat good food wherever we go.
Thanks so much to Lettuce Entertain You for helping make that happen.
Are there any restaurants in your city that you want to add to the OPP Restaurant program? List them in the comments below, and I’ll see what I can do!
