Anywho…things that freaked my week: a homeopathic patch for cramps that worked like MAGIC. I seriously wanted to cry at how much better they made me feel. Full disclosure my friend is the founder, BUT I just tried them myself and was blown AWAY. It’s unreal. Taking pain relief meds always bothered me, since I know they’re AWFUL for you but it was my one thing I needed a more traditional medicine for. Discovering new berries in the frozen section at Whole Foods totally freaked my week: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aronia

And then learning that they’re also called “chokeberries.” Ha! They are soon good.

Finally getting back into a regular running regimen freaked my week. Better than therapy and I can legitimize more chocolate that way. 🙂

Flavored La Croix, specifically the Melon Pomelo. Holy yum.

ALSO, the London Fog cake from the new Layered Cookbook: http://thecakeblog.com/2016/04/london-fog-cake.html
