I’m a big fan of Minimalist Baker’s Dana Shultz. She rules at coming up with easy, tasty, planty recipes that don’t feel “healthy”. She’s the queen of making gooey-cheesy creations minus the cheese. I lost my mind the day I found her dairy-free Jalapeño Poppers.
She’s also one of the sweetest and most giving (and pretty hot) people that I’ve met on the Internet. Dana and her husband, John, have created lots of great resources (like a new Online Photography School!) for people who want to create their own blogs and take awesome food photos. I crush so hard on people that are willing to share the skills and knowledge they’ve learned along the way.
And because Dana’s so sweet, she’s here this week giving her five favorite recipe links for pumpkin, including her own spiced pancakes…YUM. Thanks for stopping by, Dana!
