January 13, 2019Hi Jessica!
Long time listener here : ) just wanting to ask you a burning supplement related question.
Have you ever taken a DIM supplement in your endometriosis journey?
I just found out about it, and it sounds like something the one could take to support one’s body when dealing with endometriosis.
I just have unbalanced hormones, and am on a mission to heal them. Which is how I found out about DIM. It is a natural supplement, which assists one’s liver to metabolize hormones, particularly estrogen.
It seems like this supplement has played a massive role in many women’s recovery from the contraceptive pill, healing for hormonal influences in the environment (plastics etc), and according to some actually cured their acne.
From what I understand, the great thing about DIM is that it does not contain any hormones, so one is not supplementing with extra hormones to try and balance things out. Instead it assists the body to do the balancing.
While I only have acne and the nagging worry that things are out of whack inside – I thought that this info might be something you may want to interview somebody on the podcast, as it could possibly be of help to endometriosis suffers.
Of course I am no expert, just got this gut feeling that I must contact you. Sorry for the wall of text!
Before I go, I just want to say also that I absolutely LOVE the podcast, you are the best host, and I think of you as a friend even though I have never met you! Not in a creepy way of course : ).
Keep on rocking it!!
Regards, Daniela
