March 3, 2018Hi I can’t have any rice cause I have an allergy. Been wanting to make the corn bread but any idea as to what I can substitute the rice flour for with a measurement in a bread recipe ??

March 9, 2018Gosh, so sorry about your allergy. You might be able to experiment with chickpea flour. I haven’t tried it, but maybe worth a shot!
