Flax-Energy-Bite

No Bake Flax Energy Bites

Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup oats
  2. 1/4 cup flax seed meal
  3. 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
  4. 1/3 cup mini carbob chips (or very dark chocolate bits)
  5. 1/4 cup unsweetened natural almond butter
  6. 3 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir well. Scoop bite-sized portions and roll into balls. Lightly coat with extra coconut flakes to keep from getting too sticky. Keep in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
