
No Bake Flax Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/4 cup flax seed meal
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1/3 cup mini carbob chips (or very dark chocolate bits)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened natural almond butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir well. Scoop bite-sized portions and roll into balls. Lightly coat with extra coconut flakes to keep from getting too sticky. Keep in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
