Easy Whipped Coconut Cream With Chocolate
- 1 can coconut milk, chilled overnight
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 dark chocolate bar, cut into chunks
- Sprinkle of sea salt
- Take chilled coconut milk carefully from the fridge. Do not shake. The coconut cream and water will have separated, and you want it to stay that way. Open the can and scoop the coconut cream from the top into a small bowl. Add maple syrup and salt and use an electric mixer (or a fork really fast) to mix until stiff and creamy. Stir in chocolate chunks. Use as a topping for pancakes, ice cream, or chia pudding. YUM!
