Grilled Nut Butter + Pomegranate Sandwich
- Sprouted or gluten-free bread
- Almond or Peanut Butter
- Pomegranate Seeds
- Coconut Oil
- Spread a little coconut oil on one side of each slice of bread. Place bread oil side down and spread a tablespoon + a little more of your favorite nut butter and top with pomegranate seeds. Place another slice of bread, oil side up on top. Grill on medium heat until lightly browned, flip, and grill the other side. Cut into four pieces and serve immediately.
