Owners Sandra (a trained chef) & Mathieu Holl (born and raised in Paris) have created a bit of a cult following in Chicago. On any given day you can find the cities best writers, bloggers, and artisans meeting, eating, and working at Floriole. What started as a stand selling French pastries at Green City Market has grown into one of the city’s most talked about cafe/bakery hotspots.
The space itself is full of light and somehow manages to feel both cozy in the winter and breezy in the summer. As soon as you step inside, the smell of oven-fresh croissants and baguettes makes you feel instantly at home. We were so excited when Floriole agreed to become a partner, and we think you’ll love what they’re going to be cooking up. They’re kicking things off with a few savory dishes, with some plant-based sweets coming in the future.
